As I learn personal growth in many areas in life I became deeply conscious of being alert in making decisions on my own and to whom must I pay attention.

Unluckily, I was not born rich, millionaire and not even an entrepreneur. I needed to be resourceful to completely educate my self the hard way. Nobody ever thought me about financial literacy, or advice on which or how to become affluent, abundant and successful not only financially about in many aspects. Most of my surrounding only knows the saying which Mr. Robert Kiyosaki always said. “Go to school; get good grades, so you can find a good job with good benefits.” –then perhaps stay stuck on your financial rat race routine – hopping around on a same boat, which is the employee type of earning method. Instead, if you want to have financial freedom, you must learn to create your own business, then hire good professional people, people who are great with their skills, professions or passion. – Knowing how to leverage and to delegate. This is how an entrepreneur works. – Fearless to succeed and to stepping out of the comfort zone to go for their desires or dreams.

If you’re wondering what I mean by hopping in the same boat, no matter what your current job description are or ho much money you are earning. In this I mean, cash flow where your earning your cash, the quadrant you are into. It’s called the CASHFLOW Quadrant where Robert wrote, who explains the four different types of quadrant, where people are and where they can make their best choice in world of wealth and businesses that are emotionally, technically, mentally different. – This article is based on Robert Kiyosaki’s books, rich dad poor dad & Cash flow Quadrant that I’ve read over and over.

E stands for employee

S stands for self-employed or small-business owner

B stands for big-business owner (more than 500 employees)

I stands for investor

“I noticed that my poor dad was poor not because of the amount of money he earned—which was significant—but because of his thoughts and actions.” By Robert Kiyosaki

Now, let me ask you this after seing the facts from the quadrant above, which quadrant are in, where do you generate your cashflow or where does your money comes from? Where do you think is the most cashflow generated from? You may want to analyze and think this over. This is how it has always been the words of each quadrant. Like for example in a quadrant in employee – whether they are janitor of a company or a president.

An employee may always be heard or say something like, “I am looking for a safe, secure job with benefits.” -The words for safeness and security. To elaborate, the emotional of having fear is what keeps them inside the boxed of quadrant. When people are in to having different quadrants, not only they must change their thoughts, skills, technical things to be trained but they also need to changed the emotional challenges in order to overcome it.

Now a person who is inside the S quadrant may always be heard or say something like, “When you desire to have it done right, then do it yourself.” In many instances, this sort of people challenge is to learn to believe that they can do better job perfectly with their own hands.

This mostly maintains them small, as it may be difficult to expand a business lacking trust from other people. If the S Quadrant people grow eventually, they will mostly grow in as partners that in most cases are groups of S’s approaching together to perform the same job.

Now the people in a B-quadrant often seek for good systematic business system and who are great doing professionals with their skills. In fact business owner are owners who do not necessarily would like to the work. What these business owners builds is create business to do the work for them. Real entrepreneurs who are in B-quadrant can maximize her or her entire business or business all over the world. Just like Mc-Donald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Bill-Gates who has been drop out but has it’s world wide business you may currently using. In contrast to an entrepreneur in an S-quadrant is repeatedly restricted into a tiny area, one which may be personally controlled of. Certainly, there may also always be exceptions.

The fourth quadrant which is the I-quadrant people, the investor, who seemed to be looking for a smart S or B to have some care for their cash and who will develop it to have more cash flow without even being visible. – And may leave it to the S and B even they take one or more years on vacation. So if you are currently on an S-Quadrant, build a successful business that has a capability of growing into winning B-quadrant businesses.

The difference between an entrepreneur and an employee is; “Employees search for a job after a business is put up. In contrast, an entrepreneur’s job starts before there is a business.”

A lot of entrepreneurs don’t recognize that a lot of the problems with their businesses they have at present began yesterday, prior before there was a business. An entrepreneur’s major job is to plan a business that would grow, which will add values to its clients or customers, produce prosperity to each and every one to those who work on a business, be helpful and in the long run no longer require being an entrepreneur. Before a business is made, a victorious entrepreneur’s job responsibilities are to design a sort of business in her or his mind. And that his is the real work of a real entrepreneur. The meaning of an entrepreneur is a huge word which means various types, sizes, groups, profits, successes and failures to different people.

This is great time to re-think your thoughts in which boat/quadrant you want to be in with your life and begin brand new in this difficult financial day. Re-think how you can transform your self from an employee into the world of entrepreneur now. It’s never too late!

To know more about cash flow quadrant and how to jump to the best quadrant that suits for you, you may want to see this article or buy his book for complete details which I heart fully recommend.
