Giving Up Of Emotional Baggage
Emotional Intelligence is one big factor that everyone must learn to deal with. Every human being has them. There are lots of us are who are simply productive and able to deal with it than any other. Often times when we do not have an idea how to act, or do not know how to face them to be able to resolve them or if do not act towards them. They stick around for in us a long time of period.
Our past is past is past but often still, many people carrying emotional loads and baggage around them. Our past has been carrying emotional responses, old emotions that often bring impact to our current life. Emotions are feelings and these will simply not come out from nothing. Behind the emotions plays our thought. For example if you feel negative or negative of something, these are nothing but a simple negative symptoms of our thoughts.
Sometimes if we do not feel right, treated bad or negative our response we feel is to get angry or negative as well. Often times when we feel we might fail, our response to ourselves is to feel the fear. But if you are one of the few person who thinks positive to take some time to distinguish the kind of thinking who produce the emotions you experience, then this would have a different impact to your situation of life-events.
Often we criticize ourselves about the feeling we are having. We complain and blame other people for having the emotion we have or results. Nevertheless, have you ever thought and make the effort to figure out the root cause of the feelings and emotions? We already know that the only way to a solution is to deal with it. However, it often happens to be that the easy way for people to deal with their emotions is to use alcohol, drugs or something else that are negative that would not solve the problems. Others also take different techniques such as relaxation, social, habits or exercises as diversion to deal of their emotions. These are sample of how they handle emotions.
Nevertheless, no matter how we deal with these methods regardless if this is positive or negative, we are not dealing with the cause but only with the symptoms. Trying to stop or undertake your emotions will just ignore the way we should think behind our emotions.
Remember the way you think can change how you express your words, which may develop on how you are going to act and may be habitual which may transform your character that can change your long-term well-being character.
So how do we really let go of emotional loads? In order to let go of our emotional baggage and if you are serious about it, I suggest you change your behavior towards the way you think, your thought that is behind your emotions. Change your mental thoughts by thinking different and beyond towards the actions and words to focus to identify the reason of every emotions of it.
What were your thoughts that cause you to feel that way? What enables you to absorb that thought? The way you think is base on your beliefs, so needs to clarify if you really believe to those thoughts that you have. Remember, there is always a choice to change negative thinking with a various and countless positive thoughts. It is all how you think and hoe positive you are.
Feelings are responses to what we command ourselves to an interpretation we deliver to appear to that current event. These interpretations are your mental thought to cover the event that can only found in your sub-consciousness mind. And that is why being emotional intelligence is one big factor that everyone must develop in our daily life activities for a better results.
Commitment is a partnership-relationship. It takes two people to do whatever it is. It has to be an obviously one-sided view – as one, so to any commitment as well.
