In that way you may accomplish better results. In that way you won’t lose your focus and may avoid distractions and may concentrate on your directions. Having goals set allows you to have a better control towards your overall life directions; that provides you a standards level to determine if you are really succeeding or not.
To achieve your goals, of course you must know how to create them and act to it in a reality manner. It is not just about making goals then expecting it to happen without actions. Setting goals is a hard work if you are starter. Setting goals takes a lot of dedication, patient and actions. Setting goals is a huge consideration in what you desire to achieve and in addition a lot of work to actually acting on it. Rule #1: Create Goals that will motivate you
If you set goals, it is very vital that your goals have an importance that motivates you. If you aren’t satisfied with the results that you predict, then set a goal that are has bigger picture. Motivation is one secret to achieve goals.
To make this happen, create goals that relate to your high-level priorities in your life that it will push you up and motivates you. This is a part where you really need to deep inside you and have to focus on. If not, your goal can give you space in not devotion mode, as it is hasn’t got real value to act on it. Setting goals requires a lot of commitment to expand closer to your success. You must feel the need for urgency and must have the attitude of “I must do”. If that is not applied, your goals will just suffer and may switch to de activating your motivation. In addition to that you may end up negatively harming your emotions “feelings” and health. So state clearly that your goal is highly important and motivating. It’s also a good idea to write “why” it is important to you and why it is valuable.
Rule #2: Create SMART Goals
You may already heard of the “SMART goals”. However, have you ever try setting goals using “SMART goals”? A SMART goal is a powerful method and very concise variation that can help you easily identically set goals. SMART goals may stand with different variations, but the principles are the same and must be;
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Relevant
Time Bound
Set Specific Goals ; Set specific goals, which is crystal clear and very well-defined – show your goals your way and make it easier for you to get where you want to be.
Set Measurable Goals;
Allow your self to include specific dates, amounts, etc. into your goal so you may be able to measure the amount, level, scales of your success. This is for you to know if you have been successful. This is for you to measure the percentage of your improvement to success from your specific goal.
Set Attainable Goals
You must make sure that your goals that you set is achievable. If your goal is a something that doesn’t have a change on achieving it, I’m telling you, that your now that your just wanting your time and only making your self unhealthy. In setting realistic and challenging goals, you will be able to know your state of balance. -And that is the need that you must posses, soon you will develop the mental focus and consciousness
Set Relevant Goals
Your goals must relate to the way you want your life or goals you want to be or want to have. In keeping your objective goals in ally with this, you’ll expand the spot you must do to lead and do what you really want.
Set Time-Bound Goals
Your goal on time-bound is to have a deadline. This is a time frame where you must know when it is time to celebrate for all the success that you have accomplished. A –bound is great in able to know your deadlines and to have the sense of urgency to increase your momentum towards your achievements and success.
Rule #3: Create Goals in Writing
The objective to do something in writing down your goals makes it in really tangible. You have no reason not to remember about it. Because you write, exercise the word “will” as a replacement for “would like to” or “might”.

Once you have finished writing your goals, put it in front of your desk or save it on a wall paper on your desktop. Place your goals where it is always visible to and remember to have a positive statement. Use the “will power”. This should give you the awareness of determination to get things done.
