Why You Need Emotional Growth

Emotional Intelligence is an aptitude, ability, or cleverness to recognize, evaluate, and control the feelings of others or it self. This is an essential that we must learn and adapt in able to gain the highest potentials, to maximize a positive life and live it to the fullest.

Almost all that we do and take into action is changed the way how we use are emotions where the brain does not think— however the majority of us don’t have much or no guidance on how to do this instantly and wisely. Often times we use our brain at our command to control ourselves to un-resourceful emotive condition, not able to remember the massive amount of instinctive talents or ability each one of us was already given in posses. A lot of us choose to stay on how we have experience are emotions and got used to it that we may not have in control, failing to be in command of our emotions—over which we really can be in control with. Often times we seek and get use on quick fixes or fast solution that can create more damage the way we feel and the way we handle them.

In this category which is explained in many different topics, you will come across what cause you to do what you turn out to be doing. What it really took that produce that emotions you become into often. In addition to that, you will recognize which emotions are allowing you to be in control, which emotions are not and how to take advantages to apply them together or at the same time for your own good so that your emotional well-being will not be a barrier, but as an alternative powerful tool in supporting you attain your maximum potentials.

Understand and always be conscious and aware that your emotion which you feel right at this very minute is a gift which is especially designed for you. It is a support and a call to action system. If you are being defeated by your emotional feelings and trying to over take them out of your life or if you extend to command those emotions and allow them not to be in control at all, then you’re wasting one of the largest part your life’s important source.

It must be remembered that no one else but YOU alone is the entire source of your mood, or reactions, which is your emotions. No one else did create them for you. You can choose to feel what you may want to feel. You may and can choose not to have any reason to what you want to feel. You can feel pessimistic, negative right now or you may and can choose to feel optimistic, positive, strong and feel great for no reason at all. It’s all up to you, not them. – you are only being affected by them.
